• Credentialing Documents: Licenses, certifications, verification records, and other documents you upload to your Credential Vault
• Facility Information: Coverage needs, location, contact person's details
• Technical Information: Browser type, device information, IP address (for analytics)

We collect anonymous visitor analytics to operate and improve RxRooster. This includes your IP address and the approximate city-level location derived from it, the pages and job listings you view, and when recruiter contact details are shown to you. This visitor-analytics data is retained for 360 days.

We use your information to:

• Match anesthesia providers with appropriate healthcare facilities through our marketplace
• Facilitate confidential, anonymous negotiations between providers and employers
• Provide free credential management, verification, and readiness tools to providers
• Communicate with you about opportunities, matches, or platform updates
• Improve our platform, services, and user experience

We do not sell, license, package, or otherwise commercialize your personal data. Your identity and personally identifiable information (PII) are never shared without your explicit action.

Here is exactly how information flows on our platform:

• Masked Provider Profiles: Providers appear masked to employers. An employer's first message is held until the provider signals interest, and provider contact details and documents remain private during this stage.
• Provider-Controlled Release: Your contact details become accessible to a specific employer only when you, the provider, request or accept an interview. Your credentialing documents remain private unless you explicitly choose to share them.
• Payment Does Not Reveal Provider Data: Connecting and interviewing are free in the self-service workflow. An optional employer upgrade becomes available only after an employer publishes a role and completes an interview. Purchasing an upgrade does not reveal provider PII or documents.
• Direct Provider-to-Facility Sharing: When you choose to share your credentialing packet, those documents are transmitted directly from you to the facility through our platform. RxRooster does not aggregate, repackage, or redistribute your documents to any other party.
• Operational Service Providers: We work with trusted service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics). These providers are bound by strict data-processing agreements and do not have independent rights to use your data.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose information to law enforcement or legal authorities only when required by law.

RxRooster provides credential management, verification, and market intelligence tools to providers at no cost. These tools help you keep your professional file ready for your target market or state, including:

• Credential Vault for organizing and verifying licenses, certifications, and documents
• Automated license and certification verification
• Market intelligence and compensation data for your specialty and geography
• A Credential Passport that shows how ready your file is for your state

Data you provide to use these tools is stored for your benefit and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

We take data protection seriously and use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. Your credentialing documents are stored securely and are accessible only to you and, upon your explicit release, the specific facility you authorize.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are in control. At any time, you may:

• Request access to, correction of, or export of your data
• Control whether your identity or credential packet is released before you choose to share it. Information already disclosed at your direction cannot be recalled from its recipient
• Request complete deletion of your personal data, documents, and account from our systems
• Manage your visibility preferences, including Stealth Mode, to control how you appear on the platform

If you provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in, we may send you recurring automated text messages about anesthesia job opportunities and reminders to complete your provider profile. We describe the full opt-in flow, including the exact consent language and screenshots of the consent screen, on our SMS opt-in disclosure page.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information is disclosed only to the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only as necessary to operate the messaging program.

• Consent is separate and optional: We text only those who affirmatively select a dedicated SMS consent checkbox that is never pre-selected. Consent to receive texts is not required to use RxRooster.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies and will not exceed 6 messages per month. Most recipients receive two.
• Carrier charges: Message and data rates may apply. RxRooster does not charge for text messages.
• Opting out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any message to stop all texts. Your number is added to a permanent suppression list. Reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to resubscribe, or HELP for assistance.

RxRooster is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we'll post the updated policy here with the new effective date.
