Is RxRooster really free?
Yes. RxRooster is free to use, with no end date. Post listings, get matches, reach out to providers within the Free limits and reply in every open conversation without paying. Premium is optional.
What counts toward the limits?
Two things: reaching out to providers, and the conversations you have open. Reaching out to a provider you are not already talking with counts once toward your daily and weekly limits and opens a conversation, even if you talked before. If a provider reaches out to you first, responding opens a conversation. It needs room in your open conversations, but it does not use your daily or weekly limits. Viewing matches, passing and replying in an open conversation never count. A conversation stops counting once it ends, hired or not. If one goes quiet, you can close it to free up room.
When do the limits reset?
Daily limits reset at midnight UTC, which is afternoon or evening in the US. Weekly limits reset at midnight UTC on Monday, which is Sunday afternoon or evening in the US. While you are at a limit, new top matches pause. They return when that limit resets or, if your open conversations are full, when one ends.
Can my teammates join?
Yes, with Premium. One price covers your whole team, with no per-seat charge, and your team shares one set of limits. If you leave Premium, teammates already on your account keep their access.
How do I cancel Premium?
Premium is month to month, with no annual plan. You can cancel anytime from Manage subscription in your RxRooster account on the web.
